I like to build things. I've always enjoyed it -- from programming since I was a wee tot to legos in the present day. Recently, I've also been having fun building various pieces of furniture out of common goods from the hardware store, and other little projects like that. There are enough now that I think I need a separate page to list the various projects I've done.

• My first major construction project was a coffee table for my living room; it was made from "black iron" pipes and some Kee Klamps.
• After the relatively good success with the table, I decided to make a hat rack out of copper tubing.
• My old desk had a nice little cabinet to hold a computer. Unfortunately, when you put an actual computer in it, it got way too hot in the little wooden box. So, I added some ventilation to the desk.
• I built a LEGO model of an Imperial Star Destroyer.
• I made a weak stool very strong.
• I refitted a Thermian Dock prop from the movie Galaxy Quest.
